Brookstreet Investment in CyberOwl
Brookstreet Equity Partners LLP (“Brookstreet”) Brookstreet announces its investment in maritime cybersecurity specialist CyberOwl, alongside UK Investment Network 24Haymarket, UK Asset Manager Mercia and US VC Techstars.
Brookstreet’s Managing Partner (CEO), Omiros Sarikas stated:
“We are pleased to welcome Daniel and CyberOwl to the Brookstreet family, taking a significant investor stance. This truly international deal with notable co-investors (defined by Pitchbook as funds that have made at least three 3x Unicorn 1BN+ exits in the past five years), is a landmark transaction where Brookstreet supports a UK firm to target Greece. CyberOwl will be the leading player in the Internet of Things Software with Endpoint Security for the Maritime Industry - its technology promotes ESG compliance, Net Zero efficiency and Poseidon Principles. The firm has received major orders from Greek and International Shipowners and already secured world-wide funding in advance of the next round with detailed news released later in March. The deal with CyberOwl has significant synergies with our existing portfolio and marks a new era of investments leading to Brookstreet 2.0”.
