Davinia Smith Joins Brookstreet Advisory Council

Davinia has over 20 years of experience in the global Alternative Funds and Corporate Trust industries with particular experience in Real Estate (RE) and Private Equity (PE). Davinia has held regulated positions in the UK, Jersey, Guernsey, Gibraltar, and the BVI and was most recently a Strategic Relationship DIrector and Head of Cayman Islands at Alter Domus. Prior she held roles with Lloyds Bank and Computershare. She has extensive experience on PE and M&A including Palamon's acquisitions (e.g. The Rug Company, Happy Socks, Il Bisonte) and Macquarie's acquisition of Green Investment Bank and the Nat Grid gas lines. Davinia has also sat on a number of RE Boards including regulated Jersey Funds, the GP of 22 Bishopsgate the tallest tower in the City of London, and the Acquisition Board of Pinewood Studios.
