Brookstreet Completes Investment In Nanophos
Brookstreet Equity Partners (“Brookstreet”), completed its investment in the export-driven nanotechnology firm NanoPhos S.A. The deal blends the financial expertise and commercial support of Brookstreet with the exponential growth of NanoPhos and the expansion drive of its CEO, Dr. Ioannis Arabatzis.
NanoPhos is an innovative Greek nanotechnology coatings manufacturer, producing paints and materials to create coatings with unique properties (e.g. thermal insulation for buildings, performance enhancement for photovoltaic panels, antibacterial protection for hospitals, anti-corrosion and anti-fouling for maritime uses). The company is currently selling in over 25 countries and is ripe for further expansion geographically. NanoPhos’ innovative products are established in growing markets worth $10bn+.
NanoPhos has received over 15 awards to date, including Innovation (Bill Gates, GAIA Dubai, Artibat France, UKTI Award in European Business), Exports (Shanghai World Expo) and Technical Achievements (Green Award, Lloyd’s List Greek Shipping Awards). NanoPhos’ CEO was previously recognised as a high flyer (40-under-40) by Fortune.
